When you are chosen for a new booking we'll send you an email and you can view the booking in your Confirmed Bookings page.
You will see a button with Intro Call written on it.
Tap the Intro Call button and your phone will ring the parent for you to introduce yourself and ask any additional details around the booking.
Once you have used the Intro Call button once it will disappear. You can use the standard Call button to make any other calls to the parent.
If you do not make your Intro Call to the parent then the Start button will not appear on the day of the booking.
