All Kowalahs make a decision on whether to accept a booking based on the duration you enter when you launch the request - many Kowalahs may have further bookings after yours, or a job to go to the following morning.
If you plan to be out later than initially booked then please contact your Kowalah and ask them if this is OK (their contact details are in the Bookings page of your Kowalah app). In most cases this shouldn't be a problem, but if it is, then please be considerate and stick to the agreed time.
Any changes in end time need to be notified to the Kowalah support team at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the booking to avoid late return fees.
If you return over 30 minutes later than the time agreed in your Kowalah app without prior agreement with your Kowalah you will be charged an additional £5 per hour for any time beyond the 30 minute grace period.
Please be aware - parents coming back later than planned or agreed is the number 1 reason Kowalahs don't accept future bookings from families!
