Your Kowalah should arrive 10 minutes before your booking is due to start.
If your Kowalah has not arrived follow this process:
- Telephone your Kowalah - you can text or call your Kowalah by clicking on the icon next to the booking in your Confirmed Booking page - they may be having trouble finding your house
- Raise a support ticket with us - either at the top of your screen now "Submit a Request" or email firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can call us 24*7 at 0844 2092955.
We'll call you straight back to help solve the problem.
If your Kowalah is more than 30 minutes late then you are able to cancel with no cancellation fees payable.
