Your Kowalah should arrive 10 minutes before your booking is due to start.
If your Kowalah has not arrived follow this process:
- Telephone your Kowalah - you can text or call your Kowalah by clicking on the icon next to the booking in your Confirmed Booking page - they may be having trouble finding your house
- Raise a support ticket with us - either at the top of your screen now "Submit a Request" or email email@example.com
