The easiest way to confirm if your Kowalah is available for a repeat booking is to go to your History tab in Kowalah, find the right booking and click Book Me Again! - we will automatically notify your Kowalah with a special text and they can accept or decline dependent on their availability.
If you have already discussed a future booking with your Kowalah - perhaps at the end of a prior booking, then just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and we can manually book it into the app.
We invest a significant amount of time and effort into interviewing and reference checking our Kowalahs to ensure they meet our standards and are able to deliver a great service to your family. Were we to find that parents and a Kowalah were carrying out future bookings off the Kowalah platform we will remove both parties from the platform - removing a parent's ability to access other Kowalahs and removing future work opportunities from the Kowalah.
